AT&T
AT&T Rude and unresponsive to my property damage

I have a utility pole on my property that is accessed by AT&T and Comcast and others routinely... Even last month AT&T came to the pole as did Comcast to change out my internet service provider to ATT... Everyone always needs a boom truck to get in that pole as it is high and on a hill. A few weeks ago the ATT tech came. When I got outside to ask what he was doing. He said he was setting up u-verse for a neighbor across the street. Then I saw that he had chopped more than half the limbs of of a 15 year old specimen bush that was near the pole... He had clear access from one side of the pole AND he then admitted that he would have to get a boom truck... I told him that he should have thought about that before he chopped up the tree which NO ONE else has ever had to damage. The ATT Case manager never called me back so when I reached her today she blew me off!!!
