Too Slow, poor service - fedex shipping

2 items ordered 12 Aug, shipped 14 Aug from Athens Georgia, arrived 16 Aug Anchorage Alaska. Missed the daily Mon - Fri flights to Juneau Alaska. Called 23 Aug = FEDEX did not know where package was. Told me to wait until Monday 27 Aug. On 28 Aug Juneau FedEx finally called me and said they did not have my phone number but they had package and wanted to confirm street address, only to tell me it will be delivered on 29 Aug. Waiting time for response was 6 days = 8640 minutes even though I wrote and called several times and left my phone number and email address with customer sevice. Result, still waiting for items (suit top and pants), we will see tomorrow, maybe, a full 13 days after arriving in Alaska (again note it took less than 48 hrs to arrive from Georgia to Alaska).
