Can't get info. From Medtronic sales rep

I have been trying for a month to get the sales rep to let me know how much a new pump will be. Neither she nor her supervisor can bother to get back with me by phone or email. I see this is a common problem with Medtronic and would urge other pumpers to go to another company. Clearly Medtronic doesn't need or want our business
