Medtronic - Partners for life?

I ordered supplies for my insulin pump on 06/9 and as of 06/21 still have not receive them. On 06/13 I called Medtronic as a follow up and they told me that my prescription had expired and they had faxed a request for authorization to my Doctor that day. Followed up with my Doctor who confirmed his office had not received any authorization requests from Medtronic. Called Medtronic again and they said they were going to resend it. On Friday 06/15 called Medtronic again and my Doctor again. Same issue, Medtronic claimed they had send the request for Authorization and my Doctor claimed he had not received it. I asked Medtronic to send the request again and called the person from Medtronic that had trained me on how to use the pump and requested her help. She obtained the authorization from the Doctor and personally faxed it to Medtronic. I just checked the Medtronic web site and my order is still unprocessed. I was lucky I still had my Animas Pump and some supplies. I am using it now hoping one day I will get my supplies from Medtronic.By the way, I was with Animas for 3 years before switching to Medtronic. Never had a problem ordering supplies. Big mistake, should have never switched to Medtronic.
