On 8/31 Express Store in Meriden Square, Meriden, CT 06450. Orig#: st0422 reg002 tran1145, csh342, sls028, d-08/31. At this store I purchased item 08100368, Jewelry at $13.93 plus. 88 for tax for a total of $14.81. I changed my mind and returned the item and was only refunded the amount of the jewelry item, $13.93 denied tax money of. 88. The monetary Damage? Is not large, but what they doing is not legal, Please investigate. I was told by the clerk that there is no way to change it in the computer. There not the only one's. (Walmart store in Southington. CT also didn't want to refund the tax amount on a TV I purchased because they can't do it, per the Manager.) Thank you
