I purchased a a American Indian necklace from Daniel at PapasGoodOleDays an Etsy seller in November. I have never bought anything from the internet before and did not totally understand how it worked. I explained this to him. I was extremely disappointed in the piece purchased and asked for a refund and how to best return the item. The piece is not up to the standards that I collect and I explained this to Daniel. He was very rude in his reply and said he did not give refunds because I changed my mind. I contacted him again and explained I had to have major surgery and could we please settle this quickly. I did NOT just change my mind, I did not find the item to be of the SIZE and QUALITY that I expected in my jewelry. I told him I would be very careful in the future before purchasing an item online. I wished him well and waited. He answer was, he had looked at his site and the item was represented clearly and that I had just changed my mind (not true) his words. So again no refund. He said and I quote, "To say that it was smaller than depicted in the pictures is just an IGNORANT STATEMENT' unquote. He said quote, "I suggest you limit your future purchases to brick and motor stores where you can see the actual size of an item" unquote. I find his attitude to be extremely RUDE and CONDISENDING. I still seek a refund from this misrepresented item.
