'Express' Clothing Stores Rude Arrogant Staff Members

I went to the above mentioned store during their major summer sale to purchase a few items which I was unable to try on because fitting room lines were tremendous and I was late for an appointment. The following day I returned to the store to make an exchange for two of the items which did not fit me. One was returned (a blouse), the other somehow had a price tag which stated a size that did not match the actual size of the item-this must have been a screw up on the staff's behalf.

However I hadn't noticed it until the cashier who was performing my exchange asked me if I switched the tag with another item because she supposedly "Never had those pants in the store". Then she said "You must have worn them, look at the condition they're in" Which was ludicrous because i had only bought them the day before and they seemed perfectly clean to me, I only tried them on once and put them back in the bag when they didnt fit. She then began to yell that she was not going to take them back and continued to accuse me of being dishonest and further embarassed me by telling her coworkers in my presence that I wore the item and am lying. She then handed me a customer service number and said she was the manager and couldnt help me.

Later I found out that she was not the store manager, and was clever enough to only give me her first name knowing that there were several other girls by the name "MONICA" in the staff.
