Ordered glasses and lenses and paid to have them overnighted. Few days later no calls or emails. I called them they said the glasses were backordered and they had 72 hours to get the frames and another 72 hours to get lenses. I waited a few more days and nothing. I called and cancelled my order at witch they said I had to email them. I did and got an autoreply back. The charges where no longer pending on my card so i left it alone and bought glasses from a reputable company. I noticed today they charged me for the glasses with out permission. I called today and they are trying to offer a discount on them. I'm still just trying to get my money back!
