I ordered a pair of glasses on September 7th from OpticsFast thinking, as per the company's FAQ, that the glasses would ship within 7 days. After a week of ordering without any shipping confirmation I called them to find out where my glasses were. Since September 14th I have been getting the run around every time I call about where my glasses are. I call ever couple of days and get absolutely no information on where my glasses are. These people have stolen my money and deserve to be sued in Federal Court. I hope that the New York State Attorney also files a criminal complaint.
