Kenny Raupple
Castle Keepers Fraudulent Contract

Miscellaneous

Beware of these guys. My family and I worked as subcontractors for the company for a long time. We were hired to furnish and maintain houses for sale. We signed an employment contract with these guys, and we did a great job. When Mr. Raupple saw something that he didn't like, he evicted us.

Remember, the contract was for employment, so eviction is illegal. Well, this is exactly what he does. He steals every bit of quiet enjoyment from the subcontractor as he or she performs duties and resides in the sale home. So he treats his subcontractors like slaves. And then when he wants them out, he evicts, acting like he's had them on a lease the whole time. Can you say downright dirty?

And they resort to straight-up lies. For example, they're withholding "security deposit" now, claiming that there were all sorts of damages. Pure lies! Yeah, really, beware of these guys. Run as far away as you can. If you are considering taking up the job, forget about it. If you are thinking to let him try to sell your house, forget about that, too. Do you really want to have dealings with a liar?
