Buyer beware!!! If you sign a contract with these guys (3 yrs) you must pay until closure even if you sell your home. Plus, there is a single small line on the contract that says you must return their equipment upon termination even if you are no longer in the home. One control panel, one smoke detector, one motion detector = $960 if you can't get the new owner to tear up their walls to return it.
