Ripoff Good faith deposit, false sale of home

We made a contract with the real estate company to purchase a home.

When we gone here from another state we found the house was not what the disclosure had said. There were many lies about the condition of the home. We could not get the house insured because of these reasons.

When we drew up our contract we made stipulations about how we could cancel the contract if there were any problems.

We canceled the contract after being there for a few days and trying to give it a chance.

Long before closing we withdrew our contract under the stipulations of the aggreement. They in turn gave our goodfaith deposit to the seller. Before we could get it back. We stated that they couldn't do that without our signed consent in the contract that they agreed to and signed. They gave it the the seller anyways.

According to the contract they agreed and signed. We had the right to back out for the reasons we had and to get our money back. They stole it and refused to return it.
We filled with the state of Tennessee Board of Realtors and they found them neglegent and in the wrong. They were fined and repremanded. We would now like our money back.
