Thyese guys stole $4,000 from me and did nothing

We have two properties we signed up with yourlastsolution.net at $1995 each for a total of $3990. We did everything they said, and then our house went to trustee sale. They promised that if that happened they would take care of doing "the short program" to put off the sale. They did nothing for weeks and couldn't even keep the information straight. They asked us four different times who the trustee was.

On the very last night before the sale Mac Vanover sent us an email telling us he had gotten the sale postponed — "it was a long day, " he said, like he had worked really hard. However, the house went to trustee sale as scheduled and when we spoke to the trustee they said they nevr heard from anyone about the sale at all. They have a money back guarantee but they won't give us our money back.

We are having a lawyer go after them and are turning over all our documentation to the FBI as this is wire fraud and practicing law without a license — just because you keep saying "we're not attorneys" doesn't excuse it, it's still illegal. Don't give these guys any money. Hopefully they'll be shut down soon so they can't hurt anyone else. They're just preying on people in a difficult situation who already have enough problems to worry about.
