6 yr old being dropped off at corne

The school buses will not pick my kids up and drop them off at my house. They want me to make them walk to the corner street so the buses can pick them up. My daughter is 12 and my son is 6. They ride different buses and the buses come at different times. I have called and complained to the bus barn and the director (Mickey) said that it is my responsibility to make sure they are safe while waiting for the buses to get there. The director said the buses won't come my house due to the fact that my children are the only ones down this street. He also said that the buses shouldn't be going down any of the streets down are addition. Please help me solve this problm
