First off the bus was 15 minutes late. After arriving the bus driver gets off and says "at least 15 more minutes. During this time both the second and third buses on this route (43) arrived and departed as we were. The other two buses then pull in front of us on the route bypassing every stop with people waiting for us to pick up. This is the worst screw up in the history of screw ups I've been witness to on OCTA.
