Overcrowded Buses

The RTS Bus Company never takes care of problems about overcrowding Buses in Rochester, NY. I am a DISABLED person that uses a Disabled Buss Pas to ride and when i get on the Bus no one ever moves to let me sit on the Disabled Seats made for them. Not even the Bus Drivers tell people to moves to let Handicap and Disabled people sit there. I always have to stand and ride and have already fallen a few times while riding and injured my right knee and both hands and now I have to wear braces on them. African American people on there so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!
