Crappy bus service - Tardy buses and staff

I have a ticket for 11:30pm, the bus never showed, even when i waited two hours past the time for the bus, i called the station in little rock, with attitude the person as the station told me the buses werent running because of weather and i see no reason to no run the buses because of some cold weather. Ive been watching planes flies around for most of the morning. Plus semitrucks are running around. If a semi can take the cold a bus can too.
