Screws locking ventalation windows on buses

I have a bad heart and asthma, all your new buses and some of the older ones have screws locking the windows, WHY,? You cant breath on the new buses and when you ask the driver to lower the heat or turn on the AC they ignore me. I know you had a problem when one of the windows fell and hit a passenger, FIX THEM! Dont lock them up, there is no ventalation on these porely designed buses, the seats are too small and theres no leg room and those steps are asking you to PLEASE trip and THEN SUE. You need to address these issues before a lawsuit is filled aganist the MTA.
