This is not a builder we would ever use or recommend to anybody. He makes big promises to you and then at the end of it all you are stuck with fixing all the defects. We were also promised a 5 year New Home Warranty and also never received this and were told they forgot to sign us up! (There happens to be another family down the street with the same story). We did check on the internet and we did not find any negative comments at the time - but since we are very sorry that we decided to have a home built by Saddle Ranch. They outright refused to replace the rest of the windows and the front door that were scratched (also defective glass in panel). Albert arrived right after we moved in with our window screens and a scraper in his back pocket and proceeded to scrape off the patio door window even though we were telling him not to and that it would scratch the glass - the glass is scratched on the patio door as well as two really bad scratches on the front bedroom window. We had to have someone come in and fix the shower in the ensuite as the scratches were so bad if we had used it the soap etc would get into the scratches and totally ruin it (He would not reinburse us for this).

Almost every countertop in our kitchen had the laminate lifting and bubbling, caulking was old and already falling off in spots, water leakage from rain above one basement window, cold spot in front entrance way from ducting not installed properly, (we have used 5cans of expanding foam under the deck and in the utility room to fill gaps as well as the garage).

We had moisture showing up on the ceiling in the front bedroom and it turned out there was no insulation stops in place in the attic - Saddle Ranch would only pay $200.00 of the over $1,000 of the bill we had to pay (we did not accept this). Many, many problems!!
