Charged for NFL Ticket I Never Ordered, Put in Collections

Without my consent charged me for NFL ticket. I put in in collections for refusing to pay it. They fixed it one year but put it back on the following year said it was a automatic renewal. I wanted to pay my bill excluding the NFL ticket but they refused. I never requested the service when I told them that they replied someone ordered from my house. I live alone.
