This company is crooked. They actually continued to charge my credit card after I specifically told them they were not authorized to charge my card anymore, this was recorded. They charged over five hundred dollars and claimed it was for an auto renewal of NFL Sunday Ticket and a cancellation fee. They had been told several times that we did not want to pay for NFL Sunday ticket again. They then claimed they would reimberse my credit card if I reactivated my account and give me a credit. They of course never put my money back on my card, they did however charge for another month. When asked what they were thinking they just said they would charge my card again unless I reactivated. I strongly recommend anyone that reads this not to give DIRECT TV or anyone associated with them your credit card or any acccount information. This company has no ethics... Nfl fans beware!!!
