Repeated Billing for Early Termination After Moving Out of State

My family has moved out of state. I have called trying to resolve a charge that has showed up on my account for the past 4 months. Each time I call, they tell me that it has been taken care of. The charge is an early termination of a automatic renewal contract. I was a customer of theirs for 11 years. I told them the last time that I called I was going to file a charge against them if I received another bill and once again I recieve a bill in the mail this month and I am tired of getting harassed about this problem. Frontier also owes me around 50.00 U.S. That I have yet to see also. So I hope that filing a complaint will help resolve this. Sincerely, Jeremie
