I was originally a Verizon customer and appreciated their attentiveness and quick responses to my questions; then Frontier took over and it's been a disaster ever since!

First, I had a deal with Verizon for the amount I was paying for just internet service every month; Frontier came along and raised the price $15 and didn't send me notification either by email or snail mail - just kept taking it out of my account. I let it go figuring my deal was for a limited time anyhow.

Later on my bank got taken over by another bank and eventually changed my account information. I tried to contact Frontier numerous times to inform them and change the account information but I couldn't get through to anyone without a Frontier phone number and I couldn't access my account on-line (I would go to Frontier's account and it would shift me over to the Verizon website which said I had no account). Months later I received a paper bill and paid up for the service.

A few months went by without receiving a bill until last Friday. It said to pay within 10 days or be disconnected. I tried to pay online but I had already been disconnected! Then I tried to call it in and went through the automated system which claimed I had no account with them. Then I called a different number, spoke with someone who said, oh yeah, here's your account. I said I wanted to pay the entire amount and he transferred me to someone who I would be very surprised if he ever graduated middle school! He asked me all the questions to look up my account and couldn't find it! I asked if that meant I didn't have a $200 bill to pay then! He informed me he would put in a "ticket" and 3 days later I still haven't heard back from anyone.

Frontier - you have had over a year to get your crap together and I don't see it happening ever - so I say goodbye to you and I've already signed up with a rival. You have obviously bit off more than you can chew and I will NEVER recommend your service to anyone.
