I have had Metro for more than 8 years, the same number, the same plan. During that time the orginal phone I purchased was defective and the company kept giving me the same phone, which was still defective and then told me it was my responsibility to contact the manufacturer.

Now twice in one year they have changed the service plan i have. Today I found out that my $40 plan was raised to $50 and then they prorated me for the days of service I used the phone.

I feel totally disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. The economy is tough, you would think companies would strive to have good customer service and keep paying customers, I guess not metro.

I'm sure there will be thousands of people who are upset over this devious behavior.

I will be contacting the Linguist family and expressing how their disregard has made me feel and the consequences of their behavior. I will make sure everyone I know has this information. I have friends who also use their services, maybe if they loose enough customers they will learn to treat us right.
