Rude, Obnoxious Pharmacy Clerk

Pharmacy Worker Serena seriously wants customer support instruction and it is really rude and ridiculous. Have reported to administration many times with no change in her personality. If she doesn't like her work (as she seems to) then she must do everybody a benefit and keep.
