We recieved a phone call out of the blue from Reband saying we were paying to much council tax and they could get us it back. They said we were owed £1700 in rebates. We paid them £175 for their services and they have done nothing and we can't get hold of them. I rang valuation office who said they hadn't had any applications on our behalf. They won't refund us our money.
