Had a phone call saying we were paying to much council tax and we were due £2000 refund. Adam Chapman came out to see us and we are embarrassed to say we fell for it and gave a cheque. Since then i tried to stop my cheque but it was cashed before the 7 day cooling off period. Since then we have seen all info on the internet and think it is a scam as they never ring back when i call and no one available to take my enquiry.
