Valuation scam

We were approached by Frihet Holdings telling us they were interested in investing in our Company. We were asked for a valuation report which we did not have. They said a "third" party, affiliated with their company would do a valuation for $1800, and Frihet would not consider the investment without the valuation. With the valuation Frihet would either invest up to $2M, or circulate the investment to their investment partners. The person who discussed this with me has left the company and I cannot get anyone to honor the commitment or refund our money.
