They have u hold forever and then hang up on ya. Also they took funds of $14.95 out of my account without my knowledge n now they wanna take there time refunding it. The www.nhuvhelp.com or www.mhuvhelp.com that they give so u can talk to a live agent on the internet instead of being stuck on hold waiting for a representative on the phone is a big joke! I couldn't find it. Well i'm curtainly on hold for the seventh time, the other six times i was on hold for about fifteen minutes and then they hung up on me when i was next in line.
