I cancelled by Sprint phone July 19. She tried to talk me out of it. I said, "no". She told me to hold on I had to talk to someone else - "it may take a few minutes, do not hang up."
I waited 25 minutes and no one came on the line. I hung up.
I continued to receive invoices for the bill. Everytime I called I would be on hold several minutes and the line would go dead.
I called seven times since with the same results. I have now been called by one of their gutless collection agencies who only want money.
Mr. Sprint man, I hope I see you in your bus. Do you hear me now?
