I eat breakfast out almost every day I work because it is convenient. Generally McDonald's gets my business, but recently I've wanted to try other places. I tried the Dunkin Donuts in Staunton, Virginia. The male managers are great, they are timely, get your order right and the food is good. When the woman is there - FORGET IT! Today, my hash browns were burnt. I took them back - the last time she was there, they were raw and still frozen in the middle. I've gotten them burnt from her before. That was AFTER they did not get the order right and I had give them my card three times because they didn't get the order right the first two times. I returned the hash browns this time and I'm not going back. This place is hit or miss depending on whose working. If that woman worked for me, I'd fire her and hire someone competent. Too bad for them, I'm going back to McDonald in Fishersville - they always get the order right, serve a high volume of people and recognize me when I pull up to the window.
