IHOP lazy service, bad hashbrowns - Hash Browns

Two of us received cold food. I had the Colorado omelette. She had the split decision. Her hash browns were not fully cooked and she requested a replacement, extra krisi. Latasha made us scrape the old hash browns off, and she brought back the same hash browns about 30 seconds later and they were burnt. She said they were new hash browns. The manager came by and asked if everything was okay and my fiancee advised him of the hash brown issue. He took the hash browns and left with no resolution. Latasha said she would remove the cost of the hash browns; however, she removed the drinks from our friends ticket. Ultimately, I ended up paying for all of us due to the incompetency of Latasha and the ihop associates at this location. The whole ordeal almost had us miss our Football game
