Only open for a few short weeks, I had 3 situations (the 3rd being the worse in the way of customer treatment) where my order was not right. I only visited the shop not more than 6 times (I believe it is 4 to be exact).

The person I had an issue with today is the "owner"; and after looking up who the owner was, I found Sara Lin and Fred Lin. I believe it was Sara Lin.

I am shocked at how I was treated at a newly opened Dunkin Donuts that just opened in Maitland FL next to ACE Hardware.

I had 3 situations where I ordered coffee, the first time, the cup was too small, and they had no larger ones, the second was where I was given sugar when I said NO sugar and now the 3rd where the actual Franchise owner stated "I've dealt with people like you" and stated she was the owner and has been in the restaurant business for 25 years, and said I don't need to return after requesting a refund because hash browns were not in the bag when I ordered the #7, and planned to replace the order with Texas Toast.instead, I just left with a refund because of the way I was treated by the franchise owner who was condescending toward me (doesn't believe the customer is always right", and treated me in a bias manner, before her employees, mistreated me as a bad customer, teaching them that I am a type of person who essentially cannot be pleased; every negative thing one could conjure up in their mind about me now, to the extent that I will never return to that place again.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely by an owner of a business who should know how to treat customers.

I had a right to be dissatisfied with my order and had a right to speak out. I do not use bad language; I maintained my composure and was able to stand my ground against that woman.

I ordered the #7 not expecting that they would forget to include hash browns, but after learning that it happened, I was compelled to GO BACK, MAKE a U-TURN because I felt it was important that the management knows there are problems with the employees not getting the order right (on 3 occasions now; in addition to other complaints my neighbors have about them).

I will add, I do NOT have an issue with Dunkin Donuts, in fact I LOVE Dunkin Donut coffee and was very excited and waited in anticipation for the shop to open.

It is DONUTS BY LIN AT MAITLAND, LLC and DONUTS BY LIN are owned by Sara and Fred Lin.
