Coffee and donuts

My mother, my little sister and I went to get coffee and donuts from DD and we ordered 2 medium coffees and a donut. On the drive thru window it says that if the receipt is wrong then the order is free. They charged us for a donut coffee combo and a coffee. And we explained that it isn't what we ordered. And they gave us $. 85 and said oh we gave you a free donut... And we're like but your policy says that the order would be free, and they argued with us. Then today I went to a different dunkin donuts and I ordered 2 orders of hash browns for. 79 and they charged me for almost 4 orders of hash browns. They often overprice the coffee. They charge us a lot more then the menu price and its different everytime we go. I am never going to dunkin donuts again.
