I called Jon O'kane with Mexicovacationrentals about a place to stay in Cancun Mexico. He said he had a place in the Bayview Grand hotel and that his assistant Alicia Morris would call me to go over details and since it was for the next Thursday he would need me to pay for it. After several conversations that I thought went good I let them charge my Visa for the rental. Then on Monday 7/16 they informed me that the rental was not available, and they would refund money. I have called many times and Jon supposedly sent a check on 8/6 but I have still not received it yet. Somebody please help me
