Offered me $3600 $750 Maintenance fee allowance x 2 weeks for my timeshare

I was called out of the blue about having my timeshare used by a group of engineers at the Marriott Hotel in Cancun, Mexico the week of October 22-29. For this use they would pay me $3600.00 plus $750.00 for maintenance fee allowances for 2 weeks. Total rental payment to me would be $7950.00, to be mailed to me one month in advance.

My total exchange fee would be $398.00, after everything had been confirmed. This for total 2 weeks rental. What was very unsettling was they had my home address printed on their contract.
