I found this website online in november and have been speaking with a guy named erik riley from nove to feb about a vacation house rental in fl. So i decided to book a rental through them i sent the a deposit via credit card of $150.00 in nov and in january i received a email saying that if i paid the remaining balance within 14 day of check in via check i would only have to pay the amount of $950.00 so on feb 4 i mailed a check for $950 to the address stated in email. I mailed it priority mail he received feb 7 and said he would email me reciept and check in information on feb 11 so on feb 10 i deceided to email him to touch base and both emails were cancelled and all 4 phone numbers have been disconected and website no longer available.
