Oil cap left off after oil change

On 7/7, I went to the care wash to have my car washed and an oil change. I found the car sitting off to the side. When I asked if the car was finished one of the mechanics said “oh you wanted the oil changed too? ” After drioving my car to work the car started smoking. When I checked under the hood I found that the oil cap had not been put back on. The owner told me to take the car back in to have it steamed cleaned. The mechanic did a diagnostic (before the steam cleaning) which showed that there was nothing wrong. I had to bring my car back in as there was an oil leak. They informed me that they could not find a leak. A Diagnostic was done again indicating that the 02 sensor was going out (2 days later my check engine light had come on). The car is still leaking oil. Researching on the internet, I found out that the oil can ruin the 02 sensor. Another mechanic verified the same thing. Since finding out that the oil can affect the 02 sensor, I have not received any response back from the owner of the car wash since I called back to tell them about the 02 sensor. The owner now refused to return my calls even though I have called numerous times. Also when I left the pit area (the second time that I went in) the mechanic had me back up the car. I turned to soon and the front right wheel went into the pit. The bottom line is the mechanic should have backed the car up.
