The apartments are dumpsters with a window and a door, lots of bugs and the property manager named Alex is a joke, uneducated, rude and arrogant. Non of the staff speak proper English and they seem to be afraid of the property manager. The property manager is a FOREIGNER who treats the tenants (who they are propbably from the same country as him) like they are under his level, maybe he has not realize he is a "dumpester manager" making $10 an hour. People have been robbed at the properties' kids play area in the middle of the day, it is an unsafe and unsanitice place. Even if the rent was free i would never live there and i feel bad for the ones that are force to stay there for 12 months that has to be the worst experience EVER.
