Southwind Apartments
Unsafe and Rude Environment

Been living at Southwind Apartments for more than half a year now. Ever since moving in I have been lied to and regret this decision.

The rent ended up being more than I was told it would be for starters.

Next it is impossible to get hold of the landlord or any of the property staff. They never pick up their phones. The staff live in the apartments and they spend half their day out in the parking lot drinking and smoking pot. The apartments reek of pot because of them.

The owners are deadbeat loser types who obviously have no business operating anything.

Drug deals go down in the parking lots. Loud music is played constantly. The apartments are out of date and falling apart.

Stay away. It is not worth the trouble.
