Anyone even thinking about moving into this complex must be aware of a few things. First off, they have no standards of who they rent to. This means junk cars, garbage, trashed apartments, people sneaking out in the middle of the night.

Second, the on-site "management" is made up of ignorant, low life trash. They don't care at all about the tenants, just collecting the rent and as many financial penalties as they can.

Third, they are owned by Dalcor Properties out of Plano, TX. Do a cross reference search on this website to see how they operate.

The apartments are filled with toxic black mold, bacteria and bugs. When city inspectors come out and tell the management there is a problem, they lie to the property management and say nothing is wrong.

This property may be one of the less expensive in the area, but please it is worth your while to pay an extra $100 or $150 a month to live somewhere where they care about the safety and well being of the residents.
