On two occassions the network has been down for a periosd of 24 hours, which has had a profound effect on my business, i have a total of 4 02 contracts, have never defaulted on payments, costs incurred have been in excess of 600pounds, i would lik eto know what 02 will do to deem myself compensated prior taking the matter to court for failing to provide a services and breaking a contract on aa service expected
