Mr Getzgow has committed illegal acts of fraud against several tenants here in Eden Valley by not recording rent to own contracts wit hthe county and also failing to switch the titles to mobile homes to the person he is signing the contracts with, and also failing to record payments given to him on these contracts. He has attempted to resell a couple of mobile homes to other individuals without the tenant (s) knowing about it.
He owes alot of money to the actual trailer park owner who owns the land these mobile homes are sitting on.
DO NOT make any deals with this subject for he is committing fraud and who knows what other illegal transactions he has made.
