Failure to deliver entire order - Innotek Collar/receive

I ordered 3 innotek collars for a wireless fence. Good price. Paid for overnight delivery. ONE collar arrived the next day. Nothing the next day. Called service department after 2 days and was told they had contacted the warehouse and I would hear in 48 hours. Today, 48 hours later, I called and received the same response. Was also told that I would not be credited for overnight delvery.
