No refund for return on 11-22-12

I ordered an Innotek fence collar for my dog and I received it 10-22-12. The box was crushed on one corner and it is stamped on there "Do not accept is damaged". I wrote refused on the box and returned it to the post office on 10-25-12. November 22 I had not received my credit back to my debit card, so I sent an email asking them to look into it. On 11-22-12 I received a response telling me I needed a tracking number. I responded that I had no tracking number, box had been refused. Dec. 2 I sent another email. Nothing... I then found the tracking number for when the package came to me and I called them 12-7 only to be told that they had not received my return. I want my money back!!!
