This business is a gaming business and has a ten dollar drawing every hour on the hour.

As i moved around playing the games I noticed that I was left out of a few drawing but I did not say anything. After being missed I relocated and was included in that drawing. I made a point to tell the attendent that I was going to the back. I was playing and she came back to the room I was in gave me a ticket. Then she said in a mean spirit way and in her action grabing the ticket back and say you dont have any credits up there. I say what gives you the right to grab my ticket out of my hand, she claims that Stacy the manager told her not to give tickets to not play. Rude
behavior and against the law be snaching this out of my hand she was violating my personal space. The manager has advoided my calls. The matter was made worst by her saying you can get your ticket back when I see credits go on the machine she was so sure I had ran out of money and wanted to enbrass me. I told har keep your ticket and she said you can call Stacy if you have a problem. I told her my calling or not calling was not her worry. When I asked to cash out she cash out on what you had no credits and I said yes I know that is what you thought when you played your game snaching the ticket. Look on blue print she gave me 25.00 and she gave me a lesson in law that when you go into a business and spend money part of what you are buying is to be treated with respect. A black man went to a eating place and when he place his order the worker cuss him out. The judge rule that he was entitle to respect. This is not about money but the total lack of respect I received from Gator's SWEEPSTAKES. And as a sweepstakes I and sure that what she did is also subject to legal actions. I want someone to tell me that they are sorry for my mistreatment and 10.00 as a matter of of me getting some respect.in not I will contact what ever commissions there are on sweepstakes and the running there of. James
