Purchased ticket to cubs game by mistake. Company was willing to cancel and refund order, but only if I purchased the correct date from them. Once I said I did not need another ticket, there was no refund on a ticket purchased that morning online. I was told no refund because he had to pay fees for the internet sale, even though there were no shipping fees, and no handling since the purchase was just made, and the ticket was to be picked up at their office.

I was treated rudely on the phone and told that it was my mistake, so my problem, and that it didnt matter if my future business was lost. I only lost 38.50 on the deal, and the company will probably turn around and resell the same ticket for $50 at the game, but I will certainly never patronize their business again, and would recommend others to avoid as well.
