In June My wife gave me her ticket to go back to Cleveland, Ohio From Greenville, Sc to get our things because we had just bought a house here.in SC I checked in, I wasnt asked for ID, he just verified the ticked and sent me on my way. I then proceeded to board the plane and handed the ticket taker my ticket and let me on the plane. There was a stop in Memphis to change planes, I ran to the next plane and gave them my ticket and was denied to get on because it was my wifes plane ticket. Needless to say i missed that plane, had to pay for a hotel and they made me buy a new ticket which cost somewhere around $600.
To make a long story short, they should have never let me on the first plane if i was not allowed to use my wifes ticket. So they strand me on THEIR mistake and made me shell out 700 dollars. Thats some racket they have going there. I think the total we are out inc. Hotel and the old ticket is around $900 that we didnt have. I have just recieved their last email saying that they dont want to hear anything else from me. Well, now im gonna get louder!
