Several people have complained to T-Mobile about the Byte Spike LLC text scam. Yet T-Mobile has not blocked this "company" and continues to allow them to scam people. T-Mobile also refuses to refund the charges, usually $9.99, added to their bill. These charges appear without the customer consenting to or even opening the scam text message.
