Purchased new door closing assembly 21/07/'12. After opening packaging then dismantling for instalment, found there was an integral component missing. Engaged mobile repair man who recognised problem and returned components to Jayco who refused to replace faulty component because, in their words, "I should have recognised the vital part was missing BEFORE it was removed from packaging and BEFORE it was dismantled for installation."
